O <b>The Boathouse</b> foi o primeiro restaurante a ser inaugurado na nova área de Disney Springs denominada The Landing, tendo sido construído totalmente sobre a água. Ele possui 600 lugares, e apresenta tema náutico, exibindo os barcos dos sonhos do período de 1930 a 1950. Também dispõe de um "water taxi" (táxi aquático) e lindos carros anfíbios denominados <b>Amphicars</b>.<br />

Cada elemento, desde a altura do teto do restaurante, até a largura do deck, foram estudados amplamente com o objetivo de oferecer a maior visão possível da água para os convidados. O interior do restaurante também é extremamente bem decorado, com motores de barcos nas paredes, troféus de regatas, fotografias, material histórico, enfim, repleto de detalhes.<br />

Com relação aos carros anfíbios - Amphicar - passeios guiados estão disponíveis para os convidados pelo valor de US$ 125,00, que já inclui o seu próprio capitão do carro/barco e espaço para três passageiros. O passeio oferece uma linda vista de Disney Springs e ocorre diariamente das 10h00 às 22h00 (desde que o tempo permita). </div>

Já com relação ao táxi aquático - <b>Italian Water Taxi Cruise - The Venezia</b> - ele oferece 40 assentos de madeira e oferece também um lindo passeio por Downtown Disney, com música ao vivo, morangos com chocolate e champanhe. Os passeios estarão disponíveis em breve, de hora em hora, durante o período das 10h00 às 22h00 (desde que o tempo permita), para qualquer convidado ou mesmo para grupos até 20 pessoas. O valor - por pessoa é de US$ 75,00 e de US$ 50,00 para crianças até 13 anos. Existe ainda um passeio para apenas duas pessoas - Antique Steamboat - realizado a bordo do Lady Rose e o valor é de US$ 150,00 por casal. Ao longo do dia também são realizados muitos eventos para entreter os convidados, animadas apresentações musicais e diversão ao vivo.<br />
